There is a range of learning disability services within the Wakefield district.  The aim of these services is to support people to make real choices, lead valued lives and be included in their local community.  These services are for adults between 18 and 64. If you contact these services we will:

• Discuss your needs with you

• Explain what happens next

• Discuss what help we may be able to provide

There will be a charge for some services but we will tell you how much you will have to pay.
